We also focus on injury prevention and support for post-injury recovery (after completing physiotherapy), helping you rebuild strength and flexibility, safely.

 

You will have the entire studio equipment at your disposal, allowing for a fully customised workout experience.

Goal-oriented Pilates courses and classes are geared towards specific  individual needs.
