ELISE RENSCH

Elise Rensch, daughter of Janine Rensch, was born in Lausanne in 1985. She attended the Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz and in 2000 moved to England to complete her secondary education, GCSE’s and A Levels in Art and Multi-Media.
 
After a 10 Year career as an event technician, arduous physical work lead to back and shoulder problems which in turn lead to the discovery of Pilates.
 
Pilates gave her strength, new perspectives and a happier and healthier existence. Elise completed her teacher training in 2017 with The Pilates Standerd in Uster.  She now manages the studios and is the face of the next generation.
